C&C Yachts Landfall 39 JUST LISTED
$89,950
The centre-cockpit, Landfall 39 cruising yachts, built by C&C Yachts (Canada) and designed by the highly respected Robert H. Perry, are fine-looking bluewater cruisers noted for their excellent sea-keeping and performance under sail. Sheets and halyards lead to the cockpit, enabling efficient (and safe) short-handed cruising. The strong and reliable 'Maritime Express' has cruised the Pacific and the Australian East Coast and is comprehensively equipped for extended cruises. Her accommodations are beyond expectations of a 39-footer. The large, sheltered (and secure) centre cockpit is where the crew will gravitate, underway and at anchor. Below deck, the teak and holly sole and the fine teak cabinetry against the white laminate accentuate the cosy ambience and sense of luxury. The spacious saloon incorporates the navigation station, the galley and the dinette. The master aft cabin (with ensuite) is light, bright, and well ventilated, as are all accommodations, thanks to large overhead hatches and opening ports. There is a second bathroom and a private guest cabin forward. Ducted heating, plenty of storage (including a huge lazerette) and headroom all enhance Maritime Express's extended cruising credentials. A Yanmar 4JHE 44-horsepower diesel provides the auxiliary power.
'Maritime Express' is on the Beauty Point Marina in northern Tasmania. PRICED to SELL!
