“Sancerre” is a 2008,2 cabin version with generous headroom and large berths to spread out in. Powered by a well maintained, Volvo 40Hp, she cruises comfortably at 6 knots and will easily push 7 knots if required.
Stepping inside, the warm Cherry Wood interior presents like new. There are plenty of opening hatches that provide for natural light and ventilation. On the port side is a generous dinette, with seating for 8 in comfort. The large “L” shaped galley is opposite and is fully equipped with a large top loading freezer and side loading fridge, 2 burner stainless steel gas stove with oven, double stainless steel sink with H/C pressurised water, and ample storage.
The accommodation is ideal for cruising with family and friends. There are two master suites, one forward with its own ensuite and another aft on the starboard side (also with easy access to head and shower). The dinette can also convert to a double berth if additional accommodation is required.
Outside, the cockpit is well laid out and easy for shorthanded sailing. Complete with the autopilot, furling headsail (NEW 2023), mainsail (NEW 2023) in the boom bag with lazy jacks. The cockpit is very well protected with the spray dodger and bimini, and features a full set of cushions for additional comfort. The wide side decks make it easy to move around the vessel.
This truly magnificent production cruising yacht has been very well maintained without compromise. “Sancerre” has been fortunate in having one owner who has been fastidious in his approach to maintaining her together with upgrades along the way including a 2KW inverter system and CTek Dual / Smartpass Battery management system that makes the whole electrcis work seemlessley.
