Undoubtedly one of the most notable designs ever produced in Australia for our tough conditions with a massive cockpit for the keen fisherman plus plenty of accommodation for the family.
It just doesn't get any better than a Caribbean 35' and “Get Loose”, a 1994 model, ticks all of the boxes with Twin Cummins 315HP diesels with direct shaft drives for effortless handling.
There is ample accommodation for 6-8 people with a forward master double cabin, twin bunk cabin and additional bunks in the main saloon.
The 35 Caribbean is well know its large cockpit are and from there you step thru the marlin door onto your swim platform complete with ladder. There is a large awning in the cockpit that provides ample shade over the entire cockpit. Port side there is a sink with water, stbd side is a top loading eutectic fridge. There are also full aft bat covers that can be applied when the boat is not in use to protect everyhting and keep the weatehr out.
In 2020 “Get Loose” was fitted with 2 x new propeller shafts, 2 x new propellers and PSS seals (by Spectrum Engineering – TAS), new shaft bearings were fitted while she was on the slip for these works. She also got new clears fitted to the flybridge at a similar time.
“Get Loose” has been very well maintained. She was antifouled, topsides polished and the engines and legs fully serviced in October 24. She is priced competitively and represents great value.
